AudioNova Kungsholmen is looking for a Certified Audiologist with a burning passion for helping other people achieve the best quality of life!
About the role
The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probation period.
Working hours Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30.
AudioNova Kungsholmen is one of our clinics in Stockholm working on behalf of Region Stockholm, where you as a Certified Audiologist will work with and offer hearing aids from the region's contracted assortment.
As a Certified Audiologist at AudioNova, you work with the entire rehabilitation process, including hearing tests, needs assessments, and fittings of hearing aids and other technical aids. The role requires a high sense of service, flexibility when sudden changes occur in the daily schedule, and the ability to work in a structured manner. It is also important to be able to prioritize and work towards both personal and common goals.
Audiological knowledge as well as a good understanding of the context between audiology, products, and service is the foundation of the work. You report to the Regional Sales Manager and Team Leader and receive support from competent colleagues.

Examples of tasks
- Perform hearing tests, evaluate the customer's specific needs, inform, and together choose the best solution for each customer.
- Adapt and adjust hearing aids and technical equipment based on the customer's needs.
- Deliver high service throughout the entire rehabilitation process.
- Ensure that all processes and tasks are performed according to AudioNova's and authorities' standards and guidelines.
- Actively participate in measures proposed by the RSM, Team Leader, or Support Office, e.g., process improvements.
About you
We are looking for you who are a Certified Audiologist and are passionate about providing professional customer service throughout the entire rehabilitation chain.
You have a good ability to convey facts and information in an easy-to-understand way to our customers and have a good understanding of how people absorb knowledge.
You take independent responsibility, plan and organize your work to drive it forward in an efficient manner. Furthermore, you have a calm and stable approach, even in more pressurized situations.
As we are part of a global corporation, we expect you to master Swedish and English in speech and writing, as well as have a license approved by the National Board of Health and Welfare after completing an Audiologist education.
We consider it meritorious if you have previous experience with rehabilitative working methods.
